Terms Of Service
I WILL NOT ACCEPT:
stolen characters, copyrighted characters or due dates.
Will NOT produce a product I can not achieve. I will not go over the top and produce something in someone else’s style, and/or way, although referencing other suits in terms of expression and examples of parts/ pieces (such as nose shape, piercings/ accessories, etc…) is accepted if not encouraged. I am developing my own unique style, but will NEVER make “copy and paste fursuits” each character is unique in their own way and I will try to express that to the best of my abilities.
2. If i can’t do your character, I will inform you, I ask that you respect that.
3. I dont work with anyone under the age of 18 without clear parent/ guardian permission. (please reference the 18 and under page on my website for the details!)
QUOTES:
- Mini Partials, Partials, Fullsuits, and every other fursuit accessory has their own base prices.
A Base price is considered to be the minimum price and will go up depending on complexity of design and additional features.
- SPHs are available to 18+ ONLY please communicate with me if you would like to add on this feature.
Supplying your own materials does not change the price.
- Once I give you a quote, it is only valid up to 30 days, this is because the cost is subject to change as I gain more experience and higher the quality of my suits.
- If you wish to make any changes to the original design or the agreed commission setup, you will be given a new quote depending on added or subtracted complexity or additional features. Along with being charged a small fee for every change!
- Please be clear and specific with what you would like!
- I will give you a rough completion date, Please keep in mind that suits can take up to 3-6 months for completion.
- Please understand that just because you are given a quote, it is NOT a guarantee you have a spot. I open for commissions at a time periodically throughout the year so you hopefully won’t have too long of a wait!
-Shipping is NOT included in the overall price.
PAYMENT:
- I will always be reasonable when working with you!
- Once given a quote, and we have agreed on the completion of your fursuit; it is expected that we have payment within 2 weeks (Unless further discussed). I accept PayPal and Square payments. I am open to talk to about additional payment services if any issues occur.
- If purchasing a suit (custom, pre-made, or auctioned off) I ONLY accept a 35% NON REFUNDABLE payment, to hold your spot. Again, NON REFUNDABLE! Once agreed on purchase, I will send an invoice to you, for you to pay within 1 week. That 35% will be used towards supplies/etc. due to the raised fees for PayPal services, the due amount will be raised to accommodate the actual price. If you have any concerns about service fees feel free to talk to me to have a plan that works. I offer a payment plan option, allotted time given to make payments varies depending on the price of your commission, please let me know if you want to set that up and we will work together to find the best payment plan for you!
- LATE PAYMENTS, payments are due by the end of each month. Failure to pay on time may result in a non-refundable late fee of $75 per week it is late. You can only pay late up to 3 strikes before I have the right to drop your commission. Your slot will be lost, I will refund the amount you had payed minus the 35% non-refundable down payment and the late fees, and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.
- You will NOT receive your commission until the full amount has been paid.
- If I send a valid invoice, and you charge back, you will be blacklisted from my company and a beware will be written. Paypal will also be notified.
In this specific case, I will then have the rights to resell your product as a premade or a refurbushed commission. Your design and character will no longer be my responsibility to change, depending on the progress of the suit.
- If I have received less than our agreed amount, and you choose to drop out, only 35% of whatever was sent to me, will be refunded.
IF GIVEN A QUOTE AND ACCEPTED FOR COMPLETION AND IF YOU DO NOT PAY OR DROP OUT AT ANY GIVEN TIME, YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED, BLOCKED FROM COMMISSIONING ME IN THE FUTURE, AND WILL NOT GET A REFUND.
I consider myself to be a reasonable person though, if you have any issues or feel the need to drop out, please communicate with me first so we can handle it in the best way possible.
CANCELLATIONS/ REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE:
- I will guarantee that if ANYONE is rude, threatening, or unreasonable, they will be put on the cancel list and will NOT be refunded. No exceptions.
PROGRESS/ WIPS
- Once started, You will get a minimum of 3 works in progress. I can send you a WIP whenever asked, just please be reasonable, like, don’t message me every day. I provide the first sketch base as requested. Please let me know if there is needed alterations.
- After taping, and fixing alterations ( if any ) I will provide a progress picture of patterning.
- When accepting, I will start the furring progress.
SHIPPING INFORMATION!
- You are required to pay your own shipping prices (Not included in the quote).
- We will address shipping information through payment!
-You will be messaged with a tracking number.
-Please provide shipping info and shipping payment before shipping.
HEALTH RISK TRANSPARENCY!
-I own pets! Both dogs and cats! They are not allowed in the workshop however it is still possible that the fur fibers can pick up on it!
-if you have allergies to dogs and/or cats please let me know so we can take proper precautions to ensure that it doesn’t effect your commission! I am allergic to cats and can understand the worry and how to prevent it!
-non smoking home
-I burn incense in my home! Not in my workshop.
- the commission and such never smells of said incense but if you have any allergies to it or burning specific herbs in any way (As I am to burning lavender incense) I can ensure to take proper precautions to prevent that from effecting your commission or health.
-we use bath and body works scent diffusers in the home!
-although it is not in the workshop, and a rare allergy and health risk please communicate with me if that is something that you’re allergic to so I can take the proper precautions to make sure it will bring you no harm.
WARRANTY!
If anything becomes damaged, that is not at the fault of the buyer (improper care such as but not limited to, putting it in the dryer and forgetting to turn the heat off, taking it to a beach meet and getting sand in the feetpaws and between the fur, jumping into a pool at a convention in suit, throwing up in suit, getting sharpie or other various harmful materials on it, etc…) or needs to be altered, Warranty last 6 months!
If you chose to alter the suit in any way, by yourself or by someone else, the warranty will immediately be no longer valid. If the suit is used for NSFW purposes, the warranty is no longer valid, including the addition of an SPH. Please contact me if you chose to make any alterations and as an artist I require that you please be courteous and ask permission when getting a refurb or alteration by yourself or another maker.
